How do I check the status of my order?

You’ll receive an order confirmation email once we’ve received your payment. Once your order is on its way, you’ll also receive a shipping notification email. All orders within the USA are priority shipped, allowing you to easily track your shipment.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Domestic orders are delivered within 1-3 days of shipping. Delivery times on international orders vary depending on the country you live in.

Do you ship internationally?

Each of our beachBUB® umbrella systems and accessories is proudly made in the USA. Currently, we sell and ship our products worldwide! For orders outside the USA and Canada, we create a special order link for you with all the necessary shipping and import duties included. Contact us at contact@beachbub.com or give us a call at 1-866-432-1976 to learn more. Please include your first name, last name, full shipping address, and exactly what you want to order.

How do I make changes to my order?

If you need to make a change to your order, like correcting an address or changing a style, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@beachbub.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your changes.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Should your order arrive with a manufacturer’s defect or mechanical issue, we will happily replace or refund your product within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact us at contact@beachbub.com with any queries or issues with your order.

What is the best way to secure a beach umbrella against high wind danger?

beachBUB® was created with beach umbrella safety in mind. As a result, we’ve produced the ultimate umbrella anchor. Folding up to the size of a paperback book, the beachBUB® sand anchor can be filled with 125 pounds of sand to keep your umbrella stable in winds of up to 44 mph.

How much sun does a beach umbrella block?

The sun moves during the day, should I move my umbrella?

Although it’s possible to keep moving your umbrella to block the sun, an easier way to keep yourself protected is by using our SunVisor, which mimics the action of a tilting umbrella or sunshade and gives you loads more shade without the hassle of moving your beach shade around.

How do I clean and care for my portable beach umbrella?

Each of our lightweight but heavy-duty beach umbrellas is made to withstand the elements and be super easy to clean. After every use, simply use a cloth or towel to remove any sand from your umbrella frame, canopy, and in between the top and bottom poles. Ensure all the parts of your umbrella are completely dry before returning them to your portable carry bag.

Can I use my beach umbrella in a patio/poolside setting?

Converting your beachBUB® into a pool umbrella or patio umbrella would require fitting it into an umbrella base not made by our company. Although it is possible, we advise against using any umbrella stands or accessories not made by beachBUB® as this could cause significant damage.
