All domestic orders are trackable and shipped priority status. Priority shipping is free for all orders of $50 or more.
Estimated delivery time is 1-3 days.
If your product arrives with any sort of manufacturer's defect or mechanical problem, we will be happy to replace your product or refund your purchase at any time within 30 days of the purchase date.
We do ask anyone who wishes to return the product to please contact us before you send the item back. We put customer satisfaction first on the list in everything we do.
In many situations we will actually just ship you a replacement item with no need to return the one you already have. We want to take whatever action we can to resolve any issues as quickly and conveniently as possible.

Often you will receive a response within 10 or 15 mins. please include the following information in the email or form message:
•Your Name (or the name of the person who purchased the product)
• The Order ID# (if you have it)
• A description of the problem
• Your shipping address
